A) ‘S (APOSTROPHE + S)

RULES:
 Plural nouns:
 Words ending in –s: ‘ - the students' uniforms

 Irregular plurals: ‘s - the children's toys

 Singular names ending in –s: ‘s – James's house (pronounced /zIz/)

B) “OF” STRUCTURE

If the possessor is not a person, use an “of”-structure:

 The legs of the table

 The pages of the book
