not been done properly even some Cost Estimates is

corrected as per supplementary Agreement. The same

* As per Contract Clause 19.3.1 c,

Contractor shall submit to the Authority's Engineer for consideration six copies of a Final Payment Statement (the "Final Payment Statement") for Works, with supporting documents showing
in detail, in the form prescribed by the Authority's Engineer:
a) the summary of Contractor's Stage Payment claims for Works as submitted in accordance with Clause 19.4;
b) the amounts received from the Authority against each claim; and
c) any further sums which the Contractor considers due to it from the Authority.

Package-I EPCContractor has not re-submitted the Final Bill and 01 No. Cost estimate of COS.
Package-II EPC Contractor has re-submitted the Final Bill on dated 13.05.2023 and it is under review with AE but 01 No. Cost eatimate of COS is till pending with EPC Contractor
Package-III EPC Contractor has not re-submitted the Final Bill and 01 No. Cost estimate is still pending with EPC Contractor.
Package-IV EPC Contractor has re-submitted the Final Bill and 01 No. Cost estimate of COS. It is under review with AE.
