the importance of their school uniform. For them, as long as it doesn’t
effect their studies it’s ok to wear whatever they want in their school.

Narrator: In our roleplay, look how simply not wearing your school
uniform had an impact to others.

Narrator: It’s Monday! Meaning, we’re going back to school again!

Scene: (MAIN GATE OF SCHOOL)

*Group of friends chatting while approaching the gate of the school*

*Maverick making an sudden entrance*

Maverick: Hey Guys!!

Narrator: They looked at Maverick from head to toe, while Faith turn
around to analyze what he was wearing.

Faith: Obviously, you’re not wearing your uniform, again?!

Maverick: Who cares?

Maverick: You know our school uniform is so uncomfortable.

*Maverick left them jumping while walking*

Narrator: Maverick run by himself happily to go to their classroom,

while his classmates are still bothered about his outfit.

Scene: (CLASSROOM)

Narrator: Maverick was the first one to enter their classroom, but later
on his teacher and classmates had also arrived.

Angela (Teacher) : Good Morning Class!

*Everyone will stand-up and greet*

Everyone: Good Morning, Ma’am Paras!

*Everyone sit-down*

Narrator: Their teacher immediately noticed that Maverick was not

wearing his school uniform.

Angela (Teacher) : Before we start our class, Maverick can you please
stand up?

Angela: Why aren't you wearing a school uniform?

Maverick: Oh, is it required?

Angela: What do you think? *asking sarcastically*

Maverick: Oh look, that uniform is so uncomfortable. I can even barely

breathe when I’m wearing those.

Angela (Teacher) : But you need to follow the school guidelines, and it
includes wearing your proper uniform.

Maverick: Do i look someone who wants to follow those rules? your

rules?

Angela (Teacher) : Ok fine, if you’re not interested following school

rules in this school and my rules in my room, get out of my class.

Narrator: Out of shame, Maverick quickly grabbed his bag and left the
classroom.

Narrator: Gian followed him to bring him back to the classroom. But,
Maverick refused to go back in there. Gian tried to comfort him by
gaslighting him that’s it’s not his fault.

Gian: Bro, it’s not your fault. That teacher? That's the one to blame.
She just don’t know what style is, and besides she’s so old for that.
Maybe she’s just so jealous simply because of your excellent sense of
style.

Narrator: Gian didn’t know that Faith followed him when he followed
Maverick outside the classroom. Meaning, Faith heard what he said, all
of it.
Narrator: Faith suddenly came closer to them and shout to Gian out of
irritation because of what she have heard.

Faith: Hey! Are you out of your mind? You’re literally tolerating your
friend’s disobedience? What kind of friendship is that?

Faith: Instead of helping him correcting his mistake and telling him the
right thing to do, you're just putting up with that? You're just going to
tolerate it?

Gian: I’m not tolerating it, I’m just telling the truth. Besides, he’s right
this school uniform in so uncomfortable.

Faith: Before you say anything, make sure you know why schools are
requiring students to wear their school uniforms.

Faith: The importance of wearing school uniform lies in fostering a

sense of equality among students, promoting a focused learning
environment, and reducing socio-economic distinctions. Uniforms can
enhance school pride, safety, and a sense of belonging while
minimizing distractions related to clothing choices.

Faith: Now tell me? Are you sure not wearing your school uniform will
not affect anything? anyone?

Narrator: After that, Faith walked out and returned to their classroom.
Maverick left and went to the restroom.

Narrator: Maverick was looking at his reflection in the mirror while

pondering about what happened, especially the words that Faith said
earlier.

Maverick: Is there really something wrong with not wearing the school
uniform?
Maverick: Why is it so big deal for them?

Narrator: Then he remembered what Faith exactly said, the

importance of wearing your school uniform. It includes fostering a
sense of equality among students, promoting a focused learning
environment.

Maverick: They’re right, it plays a big role in this community. Especially

in our school. In school I should learn how to simply obey rules, and it
includes wearing my school uniform which I’m not doing. I should do
better next time.

Maverick: I should say sorry to them tomorrow and I’ll make sure I will
wear our proper school uniform from now on.

Maverick: But, today I should go home first.

Narrator: The next day, Tuesday.

They thought that Maverick would not attend the class because of
embarrassment.

Jc: I thought maverick couldn't attend here in school because it

happened yesterday
