I am the manager of the company “Moya's Sisters” and I am writing to you due to your
comment on our website about the inconvenience that Katarina have had during her stay at
our hotel, more specifically the problem with the swimming pool in our spa.
I hope you understand that we are doing some renovations in our hotel and that they have
lasted longer than expected, preventing the pool from being open for a week.
We hope that this small inconvenience will not be an obstacle to staying at “Moya's Sisters”
again. For this reason, I would like to offer to your costumer (Katarina), a free night in a
cozy suite, with spa and breakfast included. The well-being of each of our clients is very
important to us and their opinion matters a lot to us.
