Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with your administration at Palm Beach Hotel.

First, I would like to complain about the main problem, I had to stay somewhere else even though I
had already booked a room weeks in advance. I had to stay in a 3-star hotel instead of a 5-star, and at
Palm Beach Hotel I would stay right next to the sea with a private beach, but I had my place
downtown.

Secondly, to make matters worse, my place was 2 km away from the beach, and I could not see the
sea from my room either, because the surrounding buildings were too big.

As you can imagine, there was not even a bar on my hotel's rooftop, I am extremely upset about that
because I would like to drink some nice cocktails while I am watching the sunset.

I expect to hear from you as soon as possible.
