My name is Sandra Hubert , I wish to express my dissatisfaction with my stay at your
hotel the last week of march. It´s not my first time in your Hotel, but this time was horrible because I ordered a double room and when I arrived at the room the room was single I spoke to the receptionist and she told me that hotel was full and it’s was impossible to get another room. I asked if I could speak to the head receptionist. But I didn't get any response until three hours later where the head receptionist suggested us moving to another hotel company.but that was impossible since our work center was close to your hotel and there were no other hotels near our work center. Attached the invoice where you can see the service charge for a double room.
In conclusion, my experience was not very pleseant.
