Dear Sir,

The hotel aroused my attention, because based on the pictures, the hotel is very beautiful, it is 5
stars and has a private strand part, I thougt I would book a room for 5 days from Jul-15 to Jul-20 for
myself, I booked the room which it was a sea view room. I received a confirmation email that I had
successfully reserved the room.

When I arrived to the hotel, the receptionist said that my reservation had been mixed up and they
didn't have an empty room. As a solution, the hotel provided me with another hotel in the city
center, but unfortunately this hotel was only 3 stars, and it was in the middle of the city center, far
from the sea shore, and there was no nice view from my room either.

The hotel was in the city center far from the sea and the hotel didn't even have a private beach area,
so I had to walk for 1 hour to the free beach area, where there were a lot of people, I really didn't like
it.

I feel terribly disappointed and felt that I had the right to request a detailed refund and an apology
on behalf of the hotel for the unfortunate misunderstanding.
