3．Outlines
(1) Phenomenon
In rare cases, some units of the NCM-2150 CONTROLLER may not start.
Note: In case of startup failure, restart the power supply to recover.

(2) Countermeasure
Replace the CMV-3775 (code: CMV-3775) in the NCM-2150 only when startup failure occurs.
Note: The NCM-2150 shipped after February 2022 has already received the
countermeasure.
