13. NATIONAL TASK FORCE ON HUMAN RESOURCE & SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
The government has established a National Task Force under the chairmanship of Minister
for Planning and Minister for Education to undertake a comprehensive review and analysis
of the existing state of human resource development and recomend short and medium term
plan for bridging the skills gap and develop the county’s human resource base in the light of
rapidly evolving technology & changing market dynamics.
