Hi! Today I’m going to talk about my favourite sport and why sport is so important in our lives.

Well, I always considered myself kinda athlete, since I did sports all my life. When I was 3 years
old, I did artistic gymnastics until I was 5. I love that sport, sometimes I regret that I left. But, if
I hadn’t quit artistic gymnastics, I wouldn’t have started my current and favourite sport…roller
skating!

I begin when I was 7, in 2014, and from then on I never stopped. I've been doing this sport for
7 years, and I never get sick of it. It’s just awesome. Besides, it has benefits: skating not only
helps to improve a person's physical condition by increasing aerobic endurance, but it also
helps to develop balance.

I think sports are really important in our lives in so many ways. It reduce the risk of developing
some diseases; helps to keep you healthy; it’s a good distraction, it helps to clear your mind,
and more!

I super recommend doing sports, please take care of yourselves.
