Topic 1: Talk about a hotel that you have stayed in.

Hello teacher. My name is Vu. I am 19 years old and a student at FPT

Polytechnic College. I am currently a 2nd-year student majoring in information
technology. Today I will talk about a hotel that you have stayed in.

First of all, I want to say that the last time I stayed at a hotel was 1 year ago. The
hotel name is Hoai Hai. It is located in the coastal town of Binh Dinh province.
The hotel is located in a pretty nice location because you can see the sea. I stayed
in a single room . Because I go alone,i think the cost is quite cheap, because in the
countryside, it's only about 7 hundred thousand VND per night.

Second, I want to talk about the hotel's facilities, services and amenities. The
hotel had many facilities such as sauna, gift shop, fitness center, business
center,... There were a number of services such as laundry service, wake-up
service, cleaning service, room cleaning,... I used the laundry service and room
cleaning service. In the room there was a TV, hair dryer, iron, extra towels,
clothes hanger,...

Finally about my experience with the hotel. I were very satisfied with my stay. It
was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. What I like most was the swimming pool
service because it was comfortable and relaxing because you could see the sea.
There was nothing I didn’t like.

In summary, I could say that this hotel is really good and I will recommend it to
my friends. This is the end of my speech. Thank you for listening.

Topic 2: Talk about good and bad driving habits.

Hello teacher. My name is Vu. I am 19 years old and a student at FPT

Polytechnic College. I am currently a 2nd-year student majoring in information
technology. Today I will talk about good and bad driving habits.
First of all, I want to share with you about my riding experience. I have ridden a
motorbike for 5 years. I have a motorbike at home. I'm quite confident that I drive
well.
Secondly, I would like to talk about good and bad driving habits. Good driving
habits are stopping at the red light, observing the speed limit, and maintaining a
safe following distance. Bad driving habits are not signaling when turning, not
stopping at a red light, and talking on the phone. I think not stopping at the red
light is the most dangerous driving behavior because it can cause accidents. I am
a good motorbike rider because stop at the red light.
Finally, it is about an accident that I’ve seen recently. I have seen an accident on
Le Duc Tho Street. It was about 2 weeks ago. Due to someone running a red
light. Luckily, two people had only minor skin injuries. The cars were damaged
because they crashed into each other. I saw it while walking the street. I help the
victim stand up. I have learned that not stopping at a red light while driving is
dangerous because it can lead to traffic accidents. We should avoid using beer,
using the phone while driving, and not stop at the red light.
In conclusion, I would say that people must drive carefully to be safe, and avoid
bad driving habits to avoid unexpected accidents. That is the end of my speech.
That brings me to the end of my talk.
