PR individual essay

Do Gia Huy - FMCU5

I would like to begin by thanking Miss Duong and the Group 1

members for giving me the opportunity to work on and gain
experience with a public relations campaign like to those run
by professional organizations. This is the first step toward being
able to run real PR efforts in the future that have a higher
success rate than a newbie.

In our group, individual members' employment are no longer

confidential. We support and help one another in many ways,
but our team does not have a leader. This is not because we do
not assign tasks to each member of the team; rather, each
member of the team is a seasoned leader. We collaborate well
and quickly since we have similar communication styles.
However, choosing and putting together a presentation
subject presented our group with a number of difficulties
initially. Our meetings now take place every day at
approximately ten o'clock. We had ideas for a "Inner Child"
psychiatric therapy room at one point, but the execution was
too tough and complicated, despite the fact that this is a very
intriguing topic that is of interest. a lot among young people
nowadays, but we need to pay close attention if we wish to
uncover the "Inner Child."

Our shock was dubbed "The First Presentation Group" since

we had not yet determined the presentation topic, therefore
everyone in the group was terrified. We spent virtually the
whole day together the following days. The task was
terrifyingly thick; I took on the roles of making presentations,
analyzing pricing, and writing budget estimates, developing
communication products, and setting the meeting mood. I
presented a presentation and also introduced the group's idea.
Despite the fact that there was a lot of work, I believe my job
was the lightest in comparison to the other members. "Tấm"
project implementation day one. We had several minor and
huge arguments to improve our presentation. The first issue
that arose throughout our working process was naming the
project. There were other names proposed, such as Ấm, Tâm
Tầm Tấm, Vút, Mộng, and so on, but in the end, "Tấm" was
born. The most challenging task at this presentation was
financial planning. This is a new aspect of the assignment for
me and everyone else. Despite consulting several sources, it
remains quite tough. But, thankfully, there is assistance
available. My task has been substantially simplified thanks to
the group members. Making slides appears easy, but it is a
time-consuming task for both me and others. Everyone in the
group should pitch in. Thankfully, everyone thought positively
of our slides and gave them a lot of appreciation. The final two
positions are the lightest and coziest ones: producing media
material and setting the tone for speeches. The fact that these
two positions allow me to accomplish the things I enjoy
working on makes them effective, as evidenced by the fact that
we won the title of group with the greatest media goods.
Fortunately, the topic instructor thought my presentation was
rather well and even gave me a few compliments.

PR Strategies we Employed in This Lecture:

Press conferences (banner, print poster)
Conduct research and interviewees (find out what people
need want to study)
Workshop (plan to do in the future)
Social media (Facebook page, Tik Tok)

I now see PR project planning differently after this PR

campaign. Compared to my first assumptions, this level is
incredibly intricate and advanced. I also picked up a lot of new
skills, such project planning and research creation for projects
and PR strategies. I gained patience, teamwork, and the ability
to drop my ego in order to work well with the entire team in
addition to the aforementioned responsibilities. It was really a
PR final test, but it was really beneficial to my growth. We had a
limited amount of time to execute this PR campaign, so we
had to complete a lot of work quickly. This made it clearer to
me that because public relations is such demanding work,
those who work in it must be very intelligent and able to
function under duress.

I want to fix myself before I make any changes to our

presentation to make it better. I'm hoping to improve my body
language and eye contact during presentations, as well as do
more engaging activities to draw in audience members. Next,
we must be more specific about the issue we wish to address,
the participants, and the recipients of the assistance.
Furthermore, the Evaluation section has to be clarified and
expanded upon. Apart from that, I have complete faith in the
output and performance of my group. I want to thank everyone
once again and hope that I will get the chance to explain
myself more clearly in the future!
