1: Pink. Start 6 sc in a magic ring [6]

SKIRT
Cut the elastic the same as the waist measurement, plus about 0.5cm. Fold in half piece of tulle. You should receive a
rectangle - 312cm x 7cm. Took a piece of pink thread with a big knot on one end and use a gathering stitch to attach it
to the net along the folded edge. Pull on the thread. You want it gathered the same width as the waist measurement
so it fits the elastic waistband.
Sew the elastic to the tulle. Sew both endings of the elastic together.

COLLAR
White. Turn your giraffe up side down. Start from the middle pink stitch at the back and work in front loops only.
2ch, dc in the same stitch, (dc, dc-inc) x 5, dc + hdc, ch, sl st, ch, hdc + dc, (dc, dc-inc) x 5, sl st in first d. Sew the collar
to the body and hide the yarn.

SEWING
Pin the ears and horns to the head. Sew it to the head.

Sew the head to the body. Attach bows to shoes.

FEW ESSENTIALS

POPCORN STITCH
Work 3 double crochet stitches in the same stitch. Drop the loop from your hook. Insert your hook from front to back
under the first double crochet of the group. Grab the dropped loop with your hook and pull it through the stitch.

WORKING ON BACK LOOPS ONLY


To crochet in the back loop of a stitch, insert your crochet hook underneath the back loop only and make the stitch.

BACK POST SINGLE CROCHET STITCH

Insert hook from the wrong side of the fabric into the Insert hook from front to back around the post gap to hook-
side of the next stitch to be worked. the into the far-side gap.

Yarn over and draw loop through both gaps. Yarn over and draw through remaining 2 loops on hook.

INVISIBLE DECREASE

Insert your hook into the front loop only of the next stitch. Now insert your hook into the front loop only of the next
stitch. Yarn over and pull the strand of yarn through 2 loops on your hook.
