STEPH 1 MAINTENANCE

SCOPE OF WORK:

 CHANGING OF ENGINE

 Uninstallation of the old engines

 Installation of the new ones
 Rerun of the water circuit within the engines (using pressure hose).
 Turbo charger maintenance and exhaust reconnection.

 PLUMBING

 Reconstruction of the water connections to both engines.

 Conversion of all galvanized pipes to plastic (PPR) pippes.
 Conversion of all existing metallic valves to PPR valves.
 Replacement of the bad fire hose and 1.5 hp water pump (fire hose pump).
 Replacement of the bad 1-hp water pump (fresh water pump).

 WELDING

 Restructuring of the exhaust funnel.

 Conversion if the internal exhaust pipes from 6” to 4”.
 Reconstruction of the curved edges of the gunnel(gunwale).
 Reconstruction of the curved edges of the fenders (rubrails).
 Reconstruction of the rudder.
 Other minor repairs and constructions.
 ELECTRICAL

 Replacing of bad surface lights

 Replacing of bad bulk head fittings.
 Replacing of all emergency lights.
 Replacing of the 32A plug (M & F)
 Replacing of all the bad bulbs, sockets and switches.

 AC maintenance
 Repair of the Refrigerator and deep freezer.

 Changing of the middle Battery cut-off .

 Navigation lights maintenance (bulbs & wire).
 Other minor repair & adjustments.
