Exam Instructions:

• The exam is a take-home based. All students are requested to download the exam,
solve it electronically in a word format, name the file (pm-mba-g6-final-
01112023-Student Name.doc), and send the answer file to dr.amrel-
baradie@videoportalaambfs.org no later than Saturday, February 3, 2024, 23:59.
• Any emails received after this deadline will NOT be considered and the group will
get ZERO for this exam.
• The exam consists of 1 page.

Conveyor Belt Project

You were assigned the Conveyor Belt project to apply the project management concepts
studied throughout the course. Each student is requested to develop a complete report
with all the requirements stated in the case (Parts 1, 2, 3 & 4). The report is to be
submitted along with ALL the MS Project files used to develop the required report as
evidence.

In addition to the conveyor belt project report, each student should submit the
assignments taken during classes throughout the semester (Chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
& 8).
