JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAMME 2024

Part I ENTRANCE

(Voice over) Voice Over….. (Sir Raffy/Lance: Ladies and gentlemen, your tonight’s
host, Mr. Joseph Pardilla and Miss Madonna Grace Barasi)

Lance: Good evening, ladies, and gentlemen.

Grace: One of the highlights of high school life in the pantheon of social graces and

graciousness.

Lance: As they poise for take-off to the world of fashion, fad and craze.

Grace: Let’s paint the town purple and red.

Lance: Let’s kick the ball rolling for…

Both: the grand entrance of the juniors in their walk of fame!

Grace: The garland and lay ceremony is a form of honor to someone we admire. And
so ladies and gentlemen, let us all stand and now please face your partners. Ladies
you may now put the garland around the gentlemen’s neck.

Lance: And gemtlemen, you may now put the lay on the wrist of your partners.

Baba yung mga nasa taas. You may now be seated.

L: Once again, Juniors!

G: Teachers!

L: and Visitors!

BOTH: a pleasant evening!

L: 2 months and another school year is about to end. But we are once again gathered
here to celebrate new beginnings and new sets of memories and experiences.

G: That’s right Sir Lance. We all know how everyone is very much excited about this
event. We usually celebrate proms on February, which is known to be the month of
love, but I guess it’s never too late. Besides, we celebrate love every day. Don’t you
agree Sir Joseph?

L: Better late than never as they say Ma’am Grace. While every day, we celebrate love
with our special someone, our families, and friends.

G: Yes indeed. And to formally begin this program Ladies and Gentlemen, Welcome to
Marcelino M. Santos National High School

Both: Junior’s PROM HOLLYWOOD EXTRAVAGANZA TWENTY-TWENTY FOUR

G: And to properly start our event for tonight, let us all stand for a prayer of guidance
and gratefulness to the Lord to be lead by MRS. Ju8lilyn Tatad, Esp teacher, to be
followed by the singing of the National Anthem to be conducted by another Mrs.
Marie Jubanie Rawit, MAPEH Department Teacher.

L: Thank you to our two beautiful ladsies. And now, Let us welcome the supportive
gentleman of this institution, the father of our beloved school, Mr. Rodolfo M.
Gonzales for the opening remarks. Let’s give him a round of applause.

G: Thank you sir for those welcoming remarks. We really appreciate your support in
tonight’s event and for making time to celebrate with us. At this point let’s move
onward and go forward to the candle lightning ceremony and the singing of their
batch song. But before anything else, sir Lance, let me ask you. Do you believe in
forever? I mean sa magpakailangman?

L: Adlib

---BATCH SONG----

L: Let us now call on Althea Nina Baloro and Princezbles Sta. Ana to lead the candle
lightning ceremony as they sing their heart’s out to their BATCH Magpakailanman
by Rocksteddy!

G: Thank you Juniors. At this point in time, I’m quite sure that everyone is excited to
get the taste of luscious and sumptuous food for tonight. But before that, let us call
let us call Ma’am __________________ to pray for our dinner.

L: Just a few reminder, to make it more organize we’re going to call your grade level
and you are going to fall in line properly, remember to wait until you hear your
grade and section to be called.

G: Please fall in line properly students. Let us start with G9….. G10…. Enjoy your meal.

TURN OVER CEREMONY

L: Hello again Juniors. I hope you are energized by the food that our committee
prepared for us. Let’s us acknowledge everyone that help in the preparation of our
dinner.

G: Let’s now move on for the turn-over ceremony by the Grade 10 students starting
with the Key of Responsibility to be turned over by Phoemela Jane Calunsag. For the
Book of Knowledge we have Jairah lei Pasculado, and for the Torch of light may we
call on Lennard H. Antolo.

L: And to receive the turnover may we have the Grade 9 Students, starting Fairielle
Christ Mieschy Dempo for the Key of Responsibility. For the Book of knowledge, we
have Handrielyn H. Furio and For the Torch of light we have Jessie C. Navarro, they
are our role models of hope and enlightenment.

G: Thank you very much Grade 9 and 10. May these responsibilities serve as your guide
in moving forward until you receive your high school diploma and to your next
future plans.

L: That’s right Mam Grace. And for the Bequeathal Speech, may we call on Princezbles
Sta. Ana, Grade 10 student to be accepted by Cassandra Althe dela Torre, Grade 9
student.

G: Thank you so much Bles and Cassandra, may you inspire all the Marcelinians with
your impressive academic standing and well-balanced study habits.

COTILLION DE HONOR

G: Moving on. One of the most awaited parts of this event is the traditional Cotillion de
Honor that serves as the highlight to the dancing portion of this soiree. And to
showcase the gracefulness of their dance tonight, let us welcome…

Both: the cotillion de honor dancers!

L: Thank you cotillion de honor dancers for your awe-inspiring performance. You
move our hearts and soul with your gracefulness and poise in the floor. Once again
let’s give them a big hand.

G: Indeed Sir Lance, that’s why we have to acknowledge that this performance is not
possible without the supervision of the equally beautiful MAPEH teacher, MAM
MARIE Jubanie Rawit, along side with our very own alumni, Joe Mag-ataas and also
to Ashley Millaano. Let’s give them a big hand.

L; Yes, and before we continue dancing, let uss first welcome our handsome marFa
President, Mr. Marx E. Quitasol for the closing remarks of the formal ceremonies.

Dance Party

G: I’m quite sure that everyone is so excited to be on the dance floor to dance your
special someone or the person that you admire. But for the meantime we would like
to inform you first about our special awards and these are;

G: This will be chosen by our secret panel of judges who will round during the event to
choose the best one who possesses specific quality for each category. So while
waiting for the result let’s get this party started.
