1. What is supervision of instruction?

The task of supervising, supplying, and empowering instructors to give pupils worthwhile learning
experiences is known as instructional supervision. It involves making sure that a school's
educational objective is carried out.

2. Why is there a need for supervision of Instruction?

The branch of educational practice known as supervision, which has distinct tasks and
responsibilities, did not appear out of thin air. As a unique activity, supervision instead gradually
developed in response to the institutional, intellectual, cultural, and professional processes that
have produced the complex agenda of education.

3. What is the importance of instructional supervision?

Maintain a critical and introspective eye on the task they are performing. Work with someone else
to broaden their viewpoint while encouraging the growth of their own "Internal Coach." Gain
access to the support and challenges the coach needs to develop further.
