I, GANESHAN P.H, aged about 38 years, S/o P.G. Haridas,

Yermal Thenka Village, Udupi Taluk, do hereby solemnly affirm and
state as follows:
1. I say that, I am purchasing the schedule property fully described
in the schedule annexed in the Sale Deed.
2. I say that, my annual income does not exceeds Rupees Fifty
Thousand.
3. I say that, purchaser is not income tax assessee.

I, SAYYED MUSTAK AHAMMED, aged about 45 years, S/o late,

Bapu Master, residing near Yermal Jamia Masjid, Thenka Village, Udupi
Taluk do hereby solemnly affirm and state as follows:
1. I say that, I am the absolute owner of the property fully
described in the schedule annexed to the Sale Deed.
2. I say that, I have decided to sell the immovable property fully
described in the schedule annexed to the Sale Deed in favour of
Ganeshan P.H. S/o P.G. Haridas.
3. I say that, the proposed transaction does not fall under any of
the categories of documents mentioned in the government notification
dated 14-03-1970, 30-03-1981, 04-10-1993, 03-07-1985, 20-06-1988
and it does not violate any of the provisions of the following acts
specified in the notifications.
1.The Karnataka Land Reforms Act, 1961
2.The Karnataka Land Grant Rules 1969
3.The Karnataka Village Officers Abolition Act 1961
4. I say that, no notification has been issued in respect of the land
which proposed to transfer as per sub-section 1 and section 4 of the
L.A.Act,1894.
