MAIN OBJECTIVES:-

1. To improve the water quality of River to acceptable standards by preventing the

pollution load from reaching the river. To conserve biodiversity, developing an
integrated river basin management approach, conducting comprehensive research to
further these objectives, and gaining experience for implementing similar river clean-up
programs in other polluted rivers in India. To restoration of biodiversity along the
course of river.

2. To expose to young generations the negative impact of stream contamination and water
pollution. To increase awareness and encourage young people from the local
community on the importance of clean river. To promote recreational activities with the
community, especially youngsters.

3. To improve the River's water quality by interception, diversion, and treatment of

domestic sewage and industrial waste entering the River. Controlling pollution from
non-point sources such as agricultural runoff, human defecation, and throwing half-
burnt or unburnt bodies into the river. Engaging in research and development for the
conservation of biotic diversity of the River. To act as a trendsetter for taking up the
same action plans in the polluted stretches of other rivers of India.

4. To preserve, promote and perpetuate the traditional cultural forms and practices as
well as artistic manifestations including folklore, literature, indigenous crafts and allied
cultural expressions of the India. To create the awareness about the cultural
expressions at school level by establishing cultural centres. Also to develop modern
infra-structure.

5. To aid, assist, counsel, protect, organize, initiates, promote and accelerate cultural
activities in the field of literacy, dramatic, music, cinema, folk arts including all forms of
folk dance by providing suitable infrastructure.
6. To promote healthcare, education, social, urban and rural empowerment on non-profit
basis working with government and non-government organization and all the sections
of society.

7. To establish, setup, and run in any part of India coaching institutes, Study centres,
oral coaching classes, wherein professional, technical, vocational or higher education in
every field of science, commerce, arts, management, engineering, law, banking,
insurance, finance, medicine, hospitality, tourism, computers, or any other type of
education be imparted by conducting regular, part-time classes.
8. To collect fund and contributions by way of subscriptions, membership fees, admission
fees, Donations from members or any other interested persons and to accept and
generate revenues, donations, Govt. grants, subsidies aids received from National,
International, Governmental Institutions, general public, NGO’s, corporate, trusts,
societies, forums and associations and honorable MP’s and MLA’s or any other
dignitaries etc.
9. To undertake, collaborate or assist companies, institutions, corporates, NGOs,
individuals, etc in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, sustainable projects
and policies in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made
there under or in such manner as the Company Deems fit.

The objectives stated above shall not be for the benefit of any particular caste, sect or
religious community.

Provided that the company shall not support with its funds, or endeavor to impose on,
or procure to be observed by its members or others, any regulation or restriction which,
as an object of the company, would make it a trade union.
