:m You guys are officially MRs (Middle Ranks)! We're so glad to have you here!
:m Being a MR at Koala Cafe holds a lot of responsibility.
:m But that's why we're a family, and we always stick together!
:m As a Helper, you’re supposed to be moderating the cafe, replying to mod calls, attending
daily interviews and interviewing, and helping out with trainings.
:m It may be a lot, but keep in mind you won’t be pressured to be on every hour of the day. 30
minutes daily would be great! <33

:m Now, let's go over everything you need to know! First off; interviews!
:m Helpers can interview people but they do not have access to Group Admin so they can not
rank people after they pass interviews.
:m In this situation, you must ask a higher rank (Experienced Helper+) to rank the person that
passed.
:m If the person that passed has to leave, please write their username down if you can’t
remember.
:m In case somebody does not pass, always be kind and tell them what they did wrong, and
how they can improve on it!
:m Also remind them that they can always try again at another interview session.
:m Please note that there is no requirement of grammar as LR at Koala Cafe. Only correct
spelling is needed.
:m To find interview questions, you may look on our Dizzycard when ranked. :')
:m Now, for our basic but important rules:
:m 1. You must be professional and mature at all times when you are working, talking to our
Business Partners, or hosting any kind of event.
:m 2. You must respect all SHRs (CFO+), any higher ranks and any other rank at all times. :')
:m The next rule might be strange, but this is for your own safety and to avoid drama. uw u
:m 3. Being lovey-dovey in any social channel in our Dizzycard, or at the cafe, will result in a
demotion/suspension. (Which means no oxx d-xing.)
:m 4. No exploiting on Cafe at any time.
:m 5. DO NOT complain about not being promoted/cause drama in any social channel.
Promotions are deserved, and earned-
:m People in Koala Association are not free ranked, and we do not tolerate any kind of
disrespect to those who were promoted, if you weren’t.
:m 6. You MUST DM a SHR+ if you are willing to resign from your MR+ spot in Koala Cafe. DO
NOT leave the group before being discharged.
:m 7. Don't use commands on higher ranks than you, if you do, ask for permission first. (This
includes commands like :|to and :|bring)
:m 8. Once you're an Assistant Manager+, you may be able to host interviews and trainings.
Experienced Helper+ may host daily meetings, but ask for assistance beforehand.
:m 9. DO NOT AA, doing so will result in a fire.
:m AA'ing is also not worth the time as an MR+ will spot the abuse in under 5 minutes. Even if
not, Koala Cafe will not suffer at all from a server or two being kicked.
:m 10. Do not start drama with anyone here at Koala Cafe. If you do happen to walk into a fight,
take it to DMs or contact an SHR about it.
:m And the last final rule, the most important of all...

:m Alright. That seems like all the rules. Now, let's go over ranks so y'all aren't confused.
:m Trainees, Cashiers, Experienced Cashiers, Senior Cashiers, Lead Cashiers, and Interns are
all LRs (Low Ranks).
:m Helpers, Experienced Helpers, and Assistant Managers are all MRs (Middle Ranks).
:m Managers, Supervisors, and Administrators are all HRs (High Ranks).
:m Chief Financial Officers, Chief Communications Officers, and Chief Staff Officers are SHRs
(Senior High Ranks).
:m And that's all the ranks in a list!
:m For a few more small topics, here are some tips and information regarding promotions.
:m To get a promotion to any rank, you'll have to work hard and show you care!
:m This includes being active on the Cafe, Dizzy, and attending meetings hosted by SHRs. *-

:m A promotion from Helper to Experienced Helper typically takes two weeks to a month
depending on your performance.
:m Promotions might take longer to get depending on how high you get on the rank list as well.
:m Once you're at Administrator (the last HR rank), the promotions will stop for a while. This will
last until Lo gan decides to put you on the SHR team as a CFO.
:m But don't give up at Administrator! Being an Admin is amazing; you get to work with other
Administrators to tackle problems, you have trusted permissions, and you're almost an SHR!
:m It takes a lot of time to make it to this rank, so shout-out to all the Administrators!
:m For SHR promotions, it works the same. :')
:m Just a small thing to throw in here, before hosting any sessions as an Experienced Helper+,
make sure to ask for help so you don't get confused.
:m For one of our last topics, AA!
:m AA'ing is not allowed whatsoever and if done, will result in a pban from the Cafe and
Discourd.
:m The only commands you should be using are:
:m "TP, to, bring, view, res, ref, sit, pm."
:m Never use commands like:
:m "Doge, disco, fly, h, m, n, or anything with 'all'"
:m And for our last and most important topic; how to handle trollers and exploiters!
:m When seeing a troller, tell them kindly to stop. If they don't, warn them I time, and kick them.
:m When kicking a troller, it should look like this: ":kick [username] [reason]".
:m Next up, spammers.
:m When seeing a spammer, you're free to kick them without a warning.
:m But if there's an HR+ in the server, let them ban the spammer.
:m And lastly, exploiters.
:m When seeing an exploiter, ping a Supervisor+ to pban them and have screenshot/video proof
on hand. :')
