All the goals in this document were discussed, approved and acknowledged by SHRs
in a meeting held on the 19/10.
- Active/inactive role
- Announce in meeting
- Announce in mr-hr announcement
- Unlock channel #activity-testing & move to mr-hr
- Explain the active and non active role in detail
- Requirements
- People tend to do requirements when they reset
- HR’s tell LR’s not to host or moderate to get requirements
- People sometimes fight over requirements because of limited space in
Trainings and interviews.
- Before P/D it’s not going to be based off requirements but they need to keep
doing them.
- They often lose motivation and just hop on the cafe once a week just for
Requirements.
- People have school and stuff
- Make the amount of requirements lower (Group shouts and look out for
Requirements such as the amount of bans or time spent on discord- people
spend time on discord anyway.)
- MR/HR chat
- Talk about moderation only.
- Stuff about their day or social topics should stay in Social.
- Helper Buddies
- Not picked by MR’s+
- To be new Helper’s mentors
- They can help with moderation
- Maybe switch buddies every now and again (About 2 weeks)
- Every Buddy will be assigned to a Helper randomly and will have the
responsibility to train them and answer any questions they have in a span of 2 weeks.
(AKA until the next Helper interviews)
