GOALS

All the goals in this document were discussed, approved and acknowledged by SHRs
in a meeting held on the 19/10.

- Active/inactive role
- Announce in meeting
- Announce in mr-hr announcement
- Unlock channel #activity-testing & move to mr-hr
- Explain the active and non active role in detail

- Re-do the “Allies” spreadsheet


- Update Names & Allied Reps
- Check that all of the Discord Invites are working
- Remove/Add any new or old allies
- Get to know allies better and make better bonds
- Make a DINNER/MEETING with our allies, explain our future and collabs
- Logan plans on making a meeting with them, get to know them and tell them
about the future of Koala Cafe

- New Guidelines for meetings hosted by SHR’s


- Maybe do events with allies
- Talk to SHRs about meeting times before deciding a meeting time
- Get as many SHR as possible to take part in the meeting - makes us look
stronger.
- Always try to do a short write-up of what happened/was spoken about in
the meetings for those who are unable to attend.
- Try to be more serious and not make too many jokes
- Keep the audience engaged, for example ask them questions.
- Try not to have everyone speaking at once
- One SHR per topic perhaps?
- Before an important meeting make a document like this and bring
up everything that we will be talking about, send it to Logan so he
can approve the topics.

- Requirements
- People tend to do requirements when they reset
- HR’s tell LR’s not to host or moderate to get requirements
- People sometimes fight over requirements because of limited space in
Trainings and interviews.
- Before P/D it’s not going to be based off requirements but they need to keep
doing them.
- They often lose motivation and just hop on the cafe once a week just for
Requirements.
- People have school and stuff
- Make the amount of requirements lower (Group shouts and look out for
Requirements such as the amount of bans or time spent on discord- people
spend time on discord anyway.)

COME UP WITH IDEAS THAT WILL REPLACE REQUIREMENTS.


(SOMETHING THAT WILL KEEP OUR MRS/HRS ENGAGED AND MOTIVATED TO
COME ON THE CAFE AND MODERATE.)

- MR/HR chat
- Talk about moderation only.
- Stuff about their day or social topics should stay in Social.
- Helper Buddies
- Not picked by MR’s+
- To be new Helper’s mentors
- They can help with moderation
- Maybe switch buddies every now and again (About 2 weeks)
- Every Buddy will be assigned to a Helper randomly and will have the
responsibility to train them and answer any questions they have in a span of 2 weeks.
(AKA until the next Helper interviews)

- Host a meeting with HRs


- Mention Requirements
- Mention respect with coworkers
- Share ideas that will replace requirements and that will be brought up to Logan
tomorrow
- MEETING COMPLETED 19/10.
