CONCLUSION
As an undergraduate of the Savitribai Phule Pune University, I would like to say that this
training program is an excellent opportunity for us to get experience the things that we would
have never gained through going straight into job. I am grateful to the Savitribai Phule Pune
University, for giving us this wonderful opportunity of the internship training.

The main objective of the internship is to provide an opportunity to undergraduates to

identify, observe how to construction done on actual site. It is very beneficial to get the
practical knowledge about the construction site. It is not only to get experience on technical
practices but also to observe management practices and to interact with filed workers, site
engineer and get the practical knowledge form that. This internship training is very useful and
also we learned some new things from this internship training.
