b) At the beginning of a sentence followed by comma

FORMATION
- Regular: Adjective + -ly  sad + -ly = sadly
 Spelling:
Happy + -ly = happily
Terrible + -ly = terribly
Beautiful + ly = beautifully
 Exceptions:
* Not all words ending in –ly are adverbs of manner (friendly, silly)
 These adjectives use the expression IN A … WAY to express
manner
They spoke in a friendly way.

* Not all adjectives accept -ly ending (redly)

* Not all -ly adverbs can be translated as -mente (importantly)
