TO Whom it May Concern:

Greetings. My name is Sharon Lee, and I am Rodrigo Almazan’s Family teacher, Anatomy and
Physiology teacher, and former Chemistry teacher at NOVA Academy Early College High
School in Santa Ana. I am writing a letter of recommendation for Rodrigo. I am certain Rodrigo
Almazan will succeed in his endeavors wherever he may go. I have had Rodrigo since the
2022-2023 school year. I have witnessed Rodrigo’s character and abilities.

Rodrigo is an all-round very studious, hard-working, and dedicated student. He has passed my
class, working hard to complete and turn in all of his assignments. Rodrigo continues to maintain
his grades even as a school athlete for basketball, especially when he was chosen to be the
Captain for this school year.

Rodrigo is not only a hard-working student but he is also very humble, laid back, and
compassionate. Rodrigo has helped out both his school and his community, while still attending
school, managing his grades and sports in tandem. Rodrigo has helped out the food drive at Santa
Ana, setting up from early in the morning and staying in attendance the whole day. His demeanor
as he greeted each person and handed out the food was very positive and friendly. He is not
overly strict with his basketball teammates, choosing to support them, as seen with his position
as the Center for the team. Rodrigo wishes to support his family and give them as much support
as he can so that they may live a good life, just as they have supported him all these years. With
these thoughts in mind, Rodrigo wishes to either attain a mechanical engineering degree or start
his own clothing company as he has passion for both cars and clothing. He has been passionate
about cars since he was a child when he got his first Hot Wheels toy. Since then, his passion for
vehicles has only grown. While Rodrigo has only recently discovered passion for designing
clothes, his desire to own a clothing company and further his goal will not be diminished.

Once more, I am recommending Rodrigo Almazan since I believe that he will be able to achieve
