on the article’s bibliography, and it was applied in workshops with the CEO –
Chief Executive Officer and IT CIO – Chief Information Officer executives of the
companies that most invest in technology.
This study was based on a sample of one hundred companies from various
sectors - service, industry and commerce, companies that had invested heavily
in IT in the period 2001/2002 in Brazil.
In order that the results desired where obtained to this study it was measured

and planning and organization were measured to see the influence of the
components of Information Technology Administration. Finally, the effectiveness
comparing the costs, productivity, innovation, flexibility, and quality was clearly
represented in the graphics attached.

The productivity increase achieved by using this technology is the benefit that
most contributed to business performance, even if it is still small in comparison to
its contribution potential. For the CEOs, the increase in quality is also significant
and for the CIOs the reduction in costs also contributes, but to a lesser extent.
These findings allow us to see which of the benefits offered by IT, based on their

PERSONAL COMMENTS
The article made me think about all the revolutionary changes that information
technology applied in business, this study was made more than fifteen years
ago, although, it was interesting to me because since that date to nowadays we
can see that effectively all what they showed in their research grew and turn to
be the everyday of a successful company. In resume, I learned that the impact of
IT in business is effective, and it’s what all the business, no matter their incomes,
need. In my actual career I can apply this knowledge to the different subjects we
have, relating the software contents with economy and business contents, as we
are going to do in our final products, creating a software with the purpose to
improve the way we manage the financial aspects of an enterprise which might
not be far from what we are going to dedicate huge part of our job lives.

SUMMARY

INTRODUCTION
In the study it was planned to give a new design to the city of Buenos Aires,
Argentina for business in Latin America. It was carried out with the intention of
promoting, improving and innovating design in businesses in Latin America. By
implementing this design, a better business management could be given not only
in Latin America but also globally.
PROCEDURES
A catastrophic collapse was seen when seeing that in Latin America there were
not enough investors for the advancement of business, for which the necessary
actions will be taken to increase the number of investors with a new business
design. The subjects were mainly the same Argentine investors who promoted
the idea, since without international and/or global investors, Latin America would
be economically very affected in the absence of business. The interest rate in
this topic or area was measured, for people who want to have their own
business. The commercial differences were compared, which are less frequent to
implement the design, the advantages, and disadvantages of the design in the
business, just to improve or maintain a margin of control for local businesses in
Latin America.

FINDINGS
According to what was given to understand the article, the results shown want to
convert several worthless or abandoned places into green areas and in a few
into businesses that promote ecology with the aim of giving the message of a
healthy environment and with care. This been said, they were executed clearly
and precisely, not to mention that he was very firm when making decisions, with
the aim of giving the businesses a breakthrough and that they remain active for
several years. All this is useful when it comes to knowing what type of design is
being sought for a certain company or business, although it is also considered a
superficial but useful support when having a good business.

CONCLUSIONS
The major outcome was that publicize the way in which design in business helps
to give more sponsorship to Latin America and how to take advantage of it so
that a business can get ahead with the fewest possible problems.

PERSONAL COMMENTS
I learned design is very important to make known various things within the
business environment, since without this Latin America would be going through
various economic and probably social problems. I might apply the information in
my academic training, promoting the idea in various cases where the opportunity
arises. Also, it relates to my field of preparation improving aspects in terms of
projects and that are useful when making my project known.

Individual Conclusions
Ibarra Tristán Claudia María Cassandra
According to this activity I can see the impact Information Technology has in business.
Since the time of the first article to the second one and nowadays we can visualize the
evolution IT has over many enterprises, and sure we will be part of it, implementing and
even creating new and better software to improve the business area. We will have the
tools to become every aspect in business more effective, in addition with business
design it will have less conflicts and save time and money. Also, this activity helped me
understand many concepts related to IT, which I will use in my career and further it, on
my job life.

Juárez Palacios Héctor Eduardo

In this topic I learned a lot about the topics we chose since the topics will be very helpful
in our working life because the first topic is based on everything that companies see
about technology and that will help us a lot since practically everything is already done
Based on the technology and the papers and writing down things are already in the
past, the same in the second topic is based on how to run a business and that will not
be much if in the future we decide to form a business.

Jiménez Reyes Kevin Pedro

My conclusion is that based on the above, it can be concluded that the management
capacity of the Technologies of Information and Communication (ICT), provide a
competitive advantage, and not so much the technical capabilities or infrastructure. It is
essential to analyze the factors affected by the implementation of a new technological
product, in the order to know which strategy should be adopt the organization in the
face of change, but it is certainly imperative that the organization business go hand in
hand with the evolution of society, technological advances and globalization.

López Lozano Ángel Jeremy

In conclusion based on the above, business design is one of the pillars for (ICT) since
they lead to a huge competitive and innovative advantage, and not only specialize in
legal techniques and infrastructures. It is important to analyze business or investor
opportunities for the opportunity to improve the economic level of Latin America and
thus be able to have a good economic balance for several years.

General Conclusion
In conclusion, this activity was very interesting since we chose topics that will help us a
lot in our work life, as the first topic, we chose that speaks more than anything about
how technology at the moment is very necessary for today's companies since with they
do the work faster and with more security than if we do it as before, without it, they can
store data and make various programs that help the company, and the people related
will make a more efficient organization.

Also, the other topic that we chose was very interesting since it tells us about design
and business as it helps us how to manage a business in the future and how to manage
the advantages and disadvantages of the business to make it a stronger business and
the accessibility of customers, when looking for the most economical accessibility.
