Today I will introduce the working conditions at the garment factory where I interned

The company name is Hoa Loi Dat, the company address is in Quang Ninh province.
In this garment factory they use artificial light, not natural light. Artificial lighting is used from
handheld LED lights and small LED lights under each sewing machine.
Regarding the personal working space , they use a standard desk 110 cm long and 60 cm width . The
sewing machines are arranged in vertical rows. The distance between each sewing machine is 50 cm.
Each table has footrest and space enough so you can stretch your legs. The height of the chair
matches the height of the table, helping workers avoid backache
On each table, Garmnet factory provides a small box full of tools such as needles, bobbins,
scissors, etc. and on the small box there is a label for classification. They have trash bins to help
workers save time when cleaning
I think the working conditions in this garment factory are very good but I need to suggest some things
to improve the working conditions such as providing music or having short breaks so workers can
focus on their work higher

Subject: Price negotiation

Dear Mr. Smith,

We would like to thank you for delivering the goods- polo shirts to us promptly. However, it is to
inform you that the price that you are charging for per shipment is not according to the market rate of
the concerned packages.

We have some other suppliers too who are willing to provide us the same articles on $4.5 for each. As
we are purchasing the articles on $7 for each by you, so we are continuously in a loss of $3.5

Therefore, we would like to propose that please have a short meeting so that we could discuss the
terms and conditions regarding the prices.
