Georgia: Hi, I am Georgia. The oldest daughter of the Navarro family. I am currently a graduating college student.

Narrator: Rowena, her beloved mother who passed away by giving birth to her youngest son, Gio.

Mother: It’s okay, Georgia. I am reassured that you & your father can protect and take care of Gio. But please don’t forget
yourselves. I am so sorry, I love you all.

Narrator: Anthony, their widowed father whom left them because of overwhelming responsibilities for his children.

Father: I am really sorry for leaving you two, & your mother. I am such a coward for leaving you three behind. I just can’t.
I can’t take responsibilities because I can’t even take care of myself. Please take care without me. *Door shutting*

Transition: *trees waving, wind*

Georgia: It’s been 4 years since you’ve been gone, Gio.

Narrator: Gio, Georgia’s younger brother who passed away 4 years ago, being only a 3rd-year high-school student.

Georgia: There’s so many things you’ve missed & there’s so many things I want to tell you. I promise you that you will get
the justice that you deserve.

*phone call*
Adrielle: Hey Georgia! Do you have any plans today? If not, wanna come to my house? Meet me at the campus I have a
surprise for you.

Narrator: Adrielle, Georgia’s closest friend.

Georgia: Leave me alone I’m tired. I just want to lay down and sleep.

Carla: I know you hate surprises but trust me you’re gonna love this!

Narrator: This is Carla, she’s the latest member of the group, since she just recently transferred.
Georgia: I don’t have time for your jokes Carla, I’m gonna go home

Ciella: Hey! Are you sure you don’t want to see your—hmm

Narrator: This is Ciella, she’s the second girl that befriend with Georgia.

Georgia: To see my who?

Ciella, Adrielle, Carla unison: Just come with us!

Georgia: *sighs* Fine, y’all voice is so annoying just shut up. I swear if this is a joke, I will not let you guys lend my notes
again FOREVER. *end call*

Narrator: Later that day, Georgia went to Adrielle’s house

Adrielle: Hey you’re finally here.

Georgia: So what are we going to do now?

Adrielle: Wear this blindfold I will guide you.

Georgia: Fine! Let’s just finish this quickly.

Narrator: As Adrielle guides Georgia, step by step they became closer to the “surprise”. What could possibly be it?

Georgia: Where are we? Are you sure about this? I’m telling you—

Adrielle: I said just trust me, we are here!

Narrator: As Jena unties Georgia’s blind fold, the first thing Georgia saw was a silhouette—so familiar yet unrecognizable.

Georgia: A--adrian?!
Narrator: This is Adrian, the twin brother of Adrielle which came back from Canada after 4 years which is also Georgia’s
significant other. They were not really the couple type as you would expect, they don’t communicate quite often because of
different time zones.

Adrien: Hey Gia we meet again, I know it must be weird seeing me here but um sorry for leaving you without any reason
but the Important thing is I’m here.

Georgia: Adrian? Is that really you? Am I dreaming?

Adrian: I just came back from Canada day ago. So sudden right? I know you’re still in shock but I’ll give you some time to
process it. Can we still hangout after some time?

Georgia: Of course yes! Talk to you later?

Adrian: Yeah sure

Narrator: A few days later, they started to hangout once again as they missed each other’s company. Now they are at
Georgia’s house currently 2:00pm in the afternoon.

Georgia: How have you been Adrian? Seeing that you’ve been studying and living in Canada for quite some time now, you
must’ve been influenced, no?

Adrian: Living in Canada was very different from here, I’ve missed a lot of things like eating street foods after class,
celebrating culminating activities, & just generally hanging out with friends & specially you.

Georgia: Uhm well, I’m glad that you’re doing better now, well uhm, if you’re interested in one more question can I ask
one? I am actually curious what exactly is the reason why you moved abroad to Canada.

Adrian: Because something bad happened to me 4 years ago on November 16, some anonymous caller threatened me that
if I don’t leave this country, they’re gonna expose the bad doings of my parent’s company. But I didn’t want that, I don’t
want to ruin the reputation of our name.

*flashback*
Detective Diaz: After we received the autopsy report, we found out that the murder could’ve happened no more later than 2
days ago which was on November 16, we’re still examining the cctv footages from that day where we last saw your
brother. Unfortunately, we found nothing. So we suspect the murderer must have left the country immediately after the
incident happen.
Narrator: That was Detective Diaz. She is the one who’s responsible for Georgia’s younger brother, Gio’s case.

Adrian: *snaps fingers* Georgia? Hellooo? Is there something wrong?

Georgia: Oh hey—sorry I just remembered-

*Phone rings*

Narrator: When Georgia was thinking about something just now, her phone rang, and it was Detective Diaz.

Georgia: Excuse me, I need to take this. *footsteps and door shutting*

Georgia: Detective Diaz, why are you calling at this moment? Is there any update about Gio’s case?

Detective Diaz: Yes, this is about you brother’s case, you need to come to the station right now. We have figured it out.

Georgia: okay okay, I’ll got here as fast as I can. I am on my way. *end call* *fast footsteps and door shutting*

Georgia: I gotta go now Adrian, this is an emergency I am sorry you can go ahead now.

Adrian: Oh—yeah sure okay.

*Door shut & engine start*

Narrator: A few minutes later, Georgia arrived the police station and entered quickly to go to Detective Diaz’ table while
her heartbeat is raising.

Georgia: Good afternoon Detective Diaz.

Detective Diaz: Good afternoon Ms. Navarro. Please take a seat, this will be a really long ride. After quite some time, we
found out who murdered your brother.

Georgia: *breathing loudly* Really?

Detective Diaz: He was the last person to seen with your brother and we couldn’t track him because he was in a different
country under a different name. But based on his records, he was illegally selling drugs to different countries, that’s why he
managed to escape. We also found he’s DNA on your brother’s body, we found traces of blood on Gio’s nails and it was
100% matched with the suspect’s DNA. As we saw his documents, his real name was Adrian Gutierrez. *echo & ringing
ears*

Narrator: Adrian and Gio knew each other because of their school’s org. They became close friends to the point that they
already gave each other their trust. One day, in the evening, they were walking back home while talking to each other.
Then suddenly, Gio asked.

Gio: Bro, I just can’t help but notice you always have a lot of money. We don’t even have a job, I barely spend any money
during break times. Your wallet is like a 24/7 atm machine.

Adrian: Shh, this is just for us bro, you’re the only one who knows this. I sell good items.

Narrator: Gio was shocked and triggered. Gio didn’t know how to handle a situation like this. It’s obvious that he doesn’t
want it for Adrian and Gio keeps reprimanding and telling that he will expose Adrian’s secret. This triggered Adrian and
made him mad. His attitude lead him to murder Gio, killing Gio from suffocation, experiencing a silent, suffocating,
sudden death. Adrian realizes what he did, and ran as fast as he can to escape his responsibility.

*Loud bang of a door, & opening of door*

Cindy: Hey! What bring you here?

Narrator: Cindy, Adrian’s boardmate.

Georgia: Is Adrian here?

Adrian: Hey, Georgia, why are you here?

Georgia: Can we talk… personally? Just the both of us.

Adrian: Well yeah, sure. Cindy, can you leave us a moment here? Thanks

Cindy: Okay sure, I might also buy something from the grocery nearby. I’ll be back soon

*door shutting*
Georgia: I knew it.

Adrian: What? What happened?

Georgia: You are literally a drug dealer and a murderer Adrian!

Adrian: What are you even talking about Georgia? I don’t have any clue on what you are saying, please.

Georgia: *heavy footsteps* o it was your devil who suffocated my brother through his death, sell drugs, and escaped to
Canada just like you didn’t do the most cruel thing in the world! At this time, I don’t even know how to trust anymore.
You broke everything! We searched justice for literally 4 years, just to find out that it was just always in front of me. You
are responsible for my brother’s death. That’s why I am also responsible for your death. *reloads gun*

Adrian: *breathless* I am sorry Geor- *gunshot & ringing ears*

*running foot steps & grass leaves, windy*

Georgia: How are you up there, Gio? The truth finally came out—and I got you the justice that you deserve! *chuckles*
but I am also sorry for mom & dad, because I didn’t keep their promise. Well at least, you are now protected up there. I am
so tired, Gio. I know my mission is done, and I am so tired. Can I now please rest with you? *reload of gun* I love you so
much, Gio. I know I still have so much time here on this world, but I don’t think I can do this anymore. *gunshot*

Cindy: There she is! That girl killed Adrian! *fading echo*
*Police siren*
