ABSENCES/LATES Emergency School VISITOR PARKING

All students must attend
school as per the Alberta
School Act. Our school
phone number is available
24 hours to take your call.
Attendance is sent to the
office to be recorded twice
a day, first thing in the
morning and directly after
lunch. While the school
makes courtesy calls home
or work on unexcused
absences, it is the parents’
responsibility to notify the
school when your child is
absent from school.
Absence Reporting
Closures
The Superintendent will
advise of a school closure
through radio broadcasts in
cases of extreme weather.
In other cases, students
will be supervised until
they are in the care of their
parents.

Parent/visitor parking is
located in the North-East
parking lot. This allows
your children to exit and
enter your vehicle safely
onto or from the sidewalk.
The north lot is for staff
ONLY. There are approx.
10 staff parking spots in
the North-East parking lot
and the south lot is for
busses and staff ONLY.
