PART 2: Get in the mind of your ideal client.

Here are some questions to answer when thinking about your ideal
client

Question
1 What do they do? What industry are they in? Try to be as detailed
as possible!

2 What are they really struggling with in their business?

3 What do they need to hire a VA for? What will you help them with
in their business? Be as specific as possible!

4 What will they be able to do with the time they gain by hiring you?

5 Where do they hang out online?

6 Describe the personality of your ideal client.

PART 3: Write your elevator pitch.

Now that you know who your ideal client is, how you help them and
what they gain by working with you, it's time to write your elevator
pitch. This is how you'll introduce yourself at social gatherings from
now on :)
P.S. Don't forget to post your elevator pitch in the Facebook group
with the hashtag #launchyourvabizchallenge

Signature Signatures make any email look more professional. If you don't have
one, it's time to make one. Make sure to include your name, your job
title (if you don't have one, make one up!), your website URL and
any social media accounts that are relevant to your business.

Action you can take before reaching out:

1. Sign up to their email newsletter and reply to at least one of their email newsletters.
2. Follow them on Twitter, Instagram, FB Business Page or LinkedIn and like and comment on at least 3 photos.

Top tips:
1. Don't be afraid to break up your paragraphs. No one likes to open an email with one big block of text!
2. Feel free to bold certain phrases or sentences that you don't want to go unnoticed. Many people
skim an email before they decided to actually read all of it.
