 Interview your barangay chairman/captain on programs instituted to bring about

reforms
and social change in the community. How are these programs initiated, planned,
implemented, and monitored? How do these programs affect the people?

-The program that is been instituted in our community is the water since we
consume water and before we don’t have water in our own houses we need to go
somewhere far away to get some water. It was initiated by the members of the
barangay, planned and implemented by our captain, kagawad and members of the
barangay. Our captain was the one who monitored it. The program has a big
effect to the people here in our community because it was a big help for us since
water is very important on our daily needs.
