Appointment Of Guardian Of Minors

Application for preponing the matter

Respected Sir,

The applicant/petitioner most humbly submits as

under:-

1. That the above noted case is pending before this

Hon’ble Court and is fixed for 09.03.2023 for Ex-parte

evidence.

2. That the case was earlier fixed for 04.11.2022 for ex-

parte evidence, but the Hon’ble Court had proceeded

on leave on the said date and the matter was

adjourned to 09.03.2023.

3. That in the present case the applicant file and

demanding relief for appointment as a guardian of the

two orphan children minors Dev aged about 11 years

 and Priya Aged about 16 years are unmarried and Male

& Female.

4. That now the minors are unable to getting all the

welfare schemes running by the Govt. for the orphan

children. Further in the school admission of the

children are facing problem in absence of guardian,

because presence of the guardian/parents should be

need at the time of children admission.

5. That the present application was filed on 28.02.2022,

thereafter the publication was done and now the

matter listed for the ex-parte evidence of the plaintiff/

applicant.

It is, most respectfully prayed that the Hon’ble

Court may kindly be pleased to take up the court file

and fix it on earlier date, in the interest of justice at

large.
