1. Open questions are questions that allows your conversation partner to express what
they think about something in their own words. It also enables the other person to
decide how much information to give. Open question encourages your conversation
partner to speak openly, share their honest opinions and notions. It also gives the
listener more information whereas closed questions can be answered with a yes or no
which is advantageous to the listener because it is easy to interpret, and they don't
allow detailed explanations about a particular circumstance.

Don't interrupt people when they are talking

Use body language to encourage the speaker

positive.

Personal: Don't make personal attack on the individual rather tell them about the
behaviour that is not satisfactory.
