Acceptance Criteria: Anode to Cable contact resistance value shall be not more than 0.001 ohm.
Remarks 1. Anode to cable joint contact resistance observed not more than 0.001 ohm, found OK.
2. Helium Gas Leak test performed on all anodes and no leakage observed.

1. All anodes manufactured/assembled for the subject order were inspected & found no physical damages.
2. MMO coating was observed to be uniform and without any voids, pin-holes & coating defects.
3. 1Cx10 sq.mm. Kynar insulated HMWPE Black sheathed unarmoured tinned Copper Conductor Cable
attached as anode tail cable with lengths as per site requirement.
4. Coating adhesion test performed by masking tape. No flaking, no peeling off of the coating observed.
5. Pull out strength of cable after anode-cable joint performed on anode by loading 150 kg weight.
No deformities found on anode nor the cable joint failed after the test.
6. Test certificates for Titanium tube, Anode Conformity, reviewed & found satisfactory.
7. All instruments used during the testing carries valid calibration certificate.
