Gala Dinner: A Night Under the Stars

Section 01: Opening Gala Dinner

Section 02: Program "Awarding and honoring team members who have made
outstanding contributions to the company" with surprising gifts from "Cocoon".
The upcoming award structure recognizes the member teams of the company that
have satisfied the established goals:

TEAMBUILDING

Warm-up game

200 tourists are divided into 10 teams, and each team has 20 people.
Each team will be given one flag and one flagpole.
The task is that, within 10 minutes, 10 teams will begin decorating flags and
writing their team names.
After 10 minutes, the team leaders will announce their names and slogans.

"Building bridges for self-reliance"

10 teams will be given wooden sticks.

The teams' task is to form a sturdy


bridge within 20 minutes, using the
wooden sticks given to them and
without using anything else.
The team that finishes first and has the
strongest bridge will be the team that
wins 30 points; the team that finishes
second gets 20 points; and the team that finishes third gets 10 points. (If two teams
return at the same time, they will be ranked and have equal points.)

“RUN STATION”
Before the game "Run Station" takes place, 10 teams will be given one "pass
ticket”. On the ticket, there will be a stamp box for the "Game Manager" at the
stations. On each ticket, there will be a different order of stations, so there will be
no overlap. If this team finishes first and goes to the next station, and that station
still has a team playing, they must wait in line.

The teams' mission is to pass 10 stations as quickly as possible and earn the "Game
Manager" stamp. The team that finishes first will win 50 points, the second-place
team will get 40 points, and the third-place team will get 30 points. At the same
time, the remaining seven teams will receive 20 points.
Around the fireground, there will be 10 different stations.

Station 1: "How can you catch the ball?"

Here, the team will send two members and be given five rubber balls. The task is
for the two of them to spin for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, one of them will
throw. the ball, and the opposite person will catch the ball with the basket. 3/5 of
them are successful.

Station 2: “Do you understand me well enough?”

The team will nominate 5 members; there will be different photos according to
each theme; the game leader will post the photo; and the members' task is to
describe to the person in front of them what the content of the photo is.
Note: Do not say anything; only express it with your body. If you guess two
pictures, you pass.

Station 3: "Give your heart."

This game will have 4 players; each player will be given a headset, and each
person's task is to verbally describe to the person in front any topic of the game. the
game master offered. If you answer three questions correctly, you pass.

Station 4: "How can you catch


me?"

In this game, there will be 5


people playing, there will be a
pre-drawn circle, the game
leader will be blindfolded, and
within 1 minute, if the game
leader can only catch 2 If there
are fewer than 5 people, the team
wins; if there are 3 or more
people caught, the team loses.

Station 5: "Are you happy, or am I happy?"

In this boarding house, there will be 6 people playing together; There are 6 smiley
faces and 6 crying faces; and there are 3 turns of play. In each stage, the game
leader will shout, "Are you happy? Am I happy? Or who is happy?" So we're 1-2-
3"; six people will raise the icon at the same time. If the icon matches 3/6 out of
2/3, they will successfully pass the stage.

Station 6: "Let's Guess."

There are 3 mystery boxes. One person will reach into the mystery box, and the
players will take turns guessing what is inside the box. If they guess 2/3, they pass
the level.

Station 7: "What are you drawing?"

Five people will be nominated to play, the game leader will give the picture, and
each member will draw on the paper placed on their back until the fifth person
draws and guesses what it is. There are 5 rounds of play; the drawing time will be
6 seconds per person; guessing 2/5 is successful.

Station 8: "Let me sing."

The leader will sing a line first, and the team's task is to sing the last letter of the
person in front. If 20 people sing in a row, they will succeed.

Station 9: "Balloon explosion"

20 members will continuously turn their backs to each other and pass the balloons
close to each other, successfully bursting 10 balloons.

Station 10: "Ball, go to the basket."

This is a basketball game, and the team sends three representatives to successfully
throw five balls into the basket.

REWARD

 Teams have the most unique and strange names and slogans; each team
receives a large candy gift.
 The two most energetic and enthusiastic teams receive a large gift, including
candy, cake
 The first team with the highest score had 20 gifts (cakes or candy) and 3
boxes of soft drinks (Pepsi, Coke, etc.).
 Second-place team: 10 gifts (cakes or candy) and 2 boxes of soft drinks
 Third-place team: 1 box of soft drinks and 1gift candy box
 The remaining teams were each given a keychain printed with cute cartoon
characters. (Take note that after the tour, gifts will be shipped back to the
US.)
