 Roles & Responsibilities as Telecom Engineer

• Drive test of the upcoming sites.

• To check the LTE TDD performance like DL Throughput, UL Throughput, Attach
Delay, Detach Delay, ERAB Establish delay, TAU Update, X2/S1 HOSR, Paging
latency, Pinging Latency and Jitter in etc. in Kolkata city.
• Site Audit of existing LTE sites and recommending changes in site design for
network improvement.
• Network Audit to find the inconsistencies in the network, wrongly defined
parameters.
• UDP TESTING & TCP TESTING in LTE to check throughput.
• Optimization of sites so as to make optimum use of PCI and avoid interference •
LTE RADIO PLANNING, and PRE-LAUNCH OPTIMIZATION in LTE.
Benchmarking for comparison of more than one network.
• Analysis of drive test files for taking care of external and Internal Interference in the
Network.
• Analysis of Rx Level, Rx Quality, replanting of RF parameters in problematic areas.
