Brief Project Description: The Project aims to determine the Radio Network Problems like Poor Coverage area, interference, various Call drops and Handover problems and to provide a suitable solution so as to have a better network coverage for the End User. Responsibilities: Analysing and Maintaining the KPI Parameters to acceptable values for optimum network performance. Analysing the drive test reports of Coverage, Interference, Quality, BCCH, Overshooting and field KPI. Making reports of Drive Test Logs. Antenna azimuth & tilt planning as per clutter, BCCH and LAC planning. Co-ordinating with the Drive Test Team Analysing the various Call Drops, Handover failures and other RF related issues. Planning of radio frequency , handover , related parameters. Conducting the various Site-Surveys. Ramping of the new team members. Duration of Project: feb-2011 to sep 2011. Location: Chandigarh

Client Name: Reliance GSM, Bharti Airtel, Idea Cellular, TATA Docomo Brief Project Description: The Project aims to determine the various Radio Network Problems of the Major Telecomm Operators like Airtel, Idea, and Reliance and to provide an optimum solution so that there are minimal call drops. Responsibilities: To carry out the successful Sites Migration. Conducting the various Site-Surveys. To carry put the Drive Testing. Post processing of Drive Logs & Extracting Network info. Post process Drive logs- Verify, Analyze & Generate Report Maintaining Handover & Other parameters for meeting KPIs Height and Power considerations for different clutters Provide all RF details as Antenna Orientation, Height of the GSM antenna, and Type of antenna Generating Rx-Qual & Rx-level Plots using MapInfo.
