In this agreement, I have written that for the development of Saibaba to National
Highway Swati 24 meter road located in Ward No. 18 of Rajkot Municipal Corporation, a
percentage rate tender price was called for by announcing in the newspaper from the
Municipal Corporation. In which the Tender Standing Committee Resolution No. 78 dated
17/06/2023 has been approved at a price of 09.00% less than the tender price presented by
us. Which has been approved by Commissioner's Administrative Order outgoing No.117
dated 21-06-2023. So I am bound to do the work above that price.

 We, Lalitbhai Raghubhai Pardhi, Proprietor/Partner of Contractor Marutinandan
Construction Co. hereby undertake in writing to carry out the above work.That the conditions
,understanding for this work we have taken into consideration. Also, the amendments made
by the construction branch or the officer from time to time shall be binding on us.I have
signed every page of these Terms of Work and this Agreement.

If we are at fault in doing this work or if we fail to do the work, the Municipal Corporation
can get this work done by itself or another agency at our expense and risk. If there is any
dispute in this regard, the decision of the Commissioner will be final. Also in this matter only
Rajkot jurisdiction can run. The undersigned hereby acknowledges the fact.

FDR 2.50% of security deposit for this work amounting to Rs.14,68,750/- (in Digits Forty
lakh sixty eight thousand seven hundred and fifty )Bank FDR No. 092310 dated 02-08-2023
Punjab National Bank, Panchvati Road Branch FDR has been deposited in Rajkot Municipal
Corporation.
