Assignment 7

Name - Sahil Chakraborty (MBA 2022-2024)

Tasks for the next two-three days:

1. Prepare presentation slides for the team meeting.

2. Review and provide feedback on a colleague’s project proposal.
3. Schedule a follow-up meeting with a client.
4. Complete the monthly expense report.

Using the Eisenhower Matrix:

1. Urgent and Important (Do First):

• Prepare presentation slides for the team meeting. (This is both urgent and
important as it directly impacts the upcoming meeting.)
2. Important, but Not Urgent (Schedule):
• Review and provide feedback on a colleague’s project proposal.
• Schedule a follow-up meeting with a client.
3. Urgent, but Not Important (Delegate):
• None of the tasks fall into this category.
4. Not Urgent and Not Important (Eliminate/Delegate):
• Complete the monthly expense report. (While important, it’s not urgent for the next
two-three days, so it can be scheduled for a later time.)

By prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance, I can ensure that critical tasks are
completed promptly while also allocating time for important, but less time-sensitive tasks,
e ectively managing my workload over the next few days.
