FLOODING THE DRY DOCK FOR EGRESSION OF VESSEL

With reference to the conditions of vessel’s stability to the entrance in the dry dock (as per
form PML501 already signed) it is now applicable to confirm the following:

a) The ship’s stability, after the emission to the aforesaid condition of the liquid loads, has
not been varied.

b) The ship’s crew have checked all the underwater sea-valves, sea-chests, drain plugs, and
overboard valves.

I am hereby authorizing the flood of the dry dock (Master of vessel in subject)
