ISOLATION OF FIXED FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT

In the interest of the safety of the vessels’ crew, Palumbo Malta Superyachts Ltd. workers, and any
subcontractors engaged on the vessel, the vessel’s fixed fire fighting system is to be secured against
any accidental discharge of the gas when there is going to be repairs or any other activity in engine
spaces or pump room. The Fixed Fire Fighting Certificate is to be completed by both the Master and the
Ship Repair Manager, and a copy should be affixed at the Engine Room, Pump Room or Control Room of
same vessel.
