2024, on April 15-16, 2024, Legazpi City Exposition Center, Airport Road, Legazpi City.

This activity is in support of the request of the Hon. Geraldine B. Rosal, City Mayor of
Legazpi, City Government of Legazpi.

I have considered the benefits that my son/ward will derive from his participation in
this activity provided that due care and precaution will be observed to ensure the comfort
and safety of my son/ward that DepED employees and personnel may not be held responsible
for any untoward incident that may happen beyond their control.
