MINUTES OF THE MEETING

Minutes of the 3rd HRPTA Meeting was conducted at last February 8, 2024, in the morning. The
meeting was presided by the School Head, Mr. Raymond G. Lolo. The program started with an opening prayer
led by Ma’am Jayzel N. Cereno.
The following were discussed:
1. SPTA matters
Before formally discussing the agenda, the SPTA Internal Secretary Ms. Lorebeth D. Montilla
gave a short recapitulation of the meeting conducted last SPTA Meeting. The meeting was presided by the
School Head, Mr. Raymond G. Lolo. The agenda were:
1. Communicating the school Improvement plan 2024-2028
2. Communicating the Annual Improvement plan 2024 (Programs, Projects, and Activities)
3. Conduct of Early Registration S.Y 2024-2025
4. Brigada Implementation
5. School Performance Updates
a. Upcoming February Activities
b. School Fencing
c. Brigada Eskwela Plus thru Parents Initiatives/4P’s Gulayan sa Paaralan.

2. Release of Cards
The adviser released the cards to the parents. She managed to talk to the parents of students
having low grades and not participating well in their subject matters. She also informed the parents the behavior
of their children inside the school and to their teachers and that they need to help and talk with their
daughter/son about such issues raised by the adviser. The HRPTA Treasurer gave an update about the number
of parents who already donated for the HRPTA Project. There are already 17 out of 27 parents who donated for
the HRPTA Project.

5. Other Matters
The adviser reminded the parents to attend HRPTA meetings as much as they can for them to be
updated how well their children perform in school and for them to be able to determine what are the
needs and how are they going to help and cater their children’s needs. The adviser is also asking for the
cooperation of the parents to attend quarterly meetings for them to be aware and be updated of what is
going on with their children and in the school.
