Method
Mix silicone fluid, Crill, Crillet and Crodamol together and heat to 55°C. Separately mix
together the deionised water and Carbopol solution. Add water phase to oil phase under the
action of a propeller stirrer. Add triethanolamine.

Formulation Note

The emulsion is a low viscosity milky white fluid.

This formulation has been subjected to limited stability tests and has been shown to perform well. However formulators adopting this approach should ensure to
