Peel-Off Face Mask C5032

This mask forms a cohesive, transparent film over the skin causing dirt and grime to be
flushed from the pores. Procetyl AWS functions as a plasticiser and is present in conjunction
with Airvol 540 as the film former. Croderol GV9000 is a humecant, which binds moisture to
the skin and therefore acts as a moisturiser. Ethanol is present to accelerate the speed of
drying of the face mask.

Method
Disperse Airvol in two thirds of the water at 70-75°C. Stand for 48 hours at room
temperature until fully hydrated. Heat to 65-70°C and add remaining water, Chlorohydrol,
Croderol and Carbowax. Mix until homogeneous. Stir to cool. Premix Procetyl, perfume and
ethanol. Add the premixed perfume at 40-45°C. Fill off when uniform.
This clear gel face mask is applied to clean skin for 5-10 minutes. During this time it dries to
form a uniform film that is peeled from the skin leaving it clean and refreshed.
