SUBJECT: Market Introduction of The New MY07 QP With Automatic

Transmission & Blue On-Line Reporting Requirement Regarding
Functionality, Operation of Automatic Transmission & Quality
Feedback

Please be aware that Maserati requires, that a Blue On-Line (BOL) report be
submitted every time when the automatic transmission on a MY07 Quattroporte is
involved regarding any functionality, operational and/or customer quality feedback
issue. This requirement applies to any such issue from January 1 through April 30,
2007. If you have experienced an issue that should have been submitted (prior to 15,
February 2007) but has not yet been reported, please do so immediately.

Please ensure to inform your staff of this important information.
