1. Mrs. Juliet B. Alan, the designated co-chairperson called for a meeting at 1:30
in the afternoon to the SGC Members to discuss about the Process Flow of
Accomplishing the SGC Assessment Tool this School Year 2022-2023.

2. The members pointed out that some needed documents such as resolutions
were not yet implemented due to change of administration and the concerned
people did not yet forward to the school their approved copy of the document.

3. The meeting adjourned at exactly 11:00 AM.
