Sunday, November 13, 11 AM All worship services will be combined at 11:00 AM (no First Community or Deaf Worship, but the service is interpreted for the deaf), followed by the annual Love Feast. Members are asked to bring a dessert for the Love Feast. A called business meeting will immediately follow the 11 AM worship service to vote on the budget for 2012. Generosity Testimony Samar Adams

Montgomery Village Baptist Center Collections The RAs are collecting gently used mens and womens clothing, toys, and small household goods (small appliances, dishes, silverware, etc.) Please deposit goods near the collection table at Wednesday night dinner or bring them to the RA room (Second Floor). The goods will be delivered to the Baptist Center at Montgomery Village near the end of November. Border Mission Trip March 17-24 First Baptist is partnering with the Baptist Collegiate Ministry (BCM) at UT for a spring break mission trip to the Rio Grande Valley in Texas, March 17-24. In partnership with Buckner, we will be building a house for a family in need. The team will also sort humanitarian aid items at Buckners warehouse, host a block party, and build bookcases for a literacy project. The BCM is bringing around 60 students, so van drivers and team leaders are needed. If you cannot swing a hammer, we still have a place for you to serve! Deadline to sign up is December 1.
