This Sunday we will have our ingathering for the North American Missions, Annie Armstrong Easter Offering.

Our church goal is $7500. We spoke last Sunday about the theme for this emphasis, What Ever It Takes. We have to ask ourselves what does it take to reach one person for the Lord Jesus. I hope you will prayerfully consider what it would take for you to give generously to this offering and encourage you to do so. Next week begins our Holy Week celebration in preparation for our Easter Celebration. Services will be held in local churches at noon to prepare us for the Easter celebration next week. Here is a schedule of the churches. I feel like I am constantly asking for your time or money. Please know it is only because I am constantly asked, "What can I do?" This church is so willing to get involved and it is exciting! But today I want to begin my article by offering something: FREE TO A GOOD HOME- Two gray metal futons with cushions. All you will need to do is provide transportation for the futon to its new home. Please call Stacey if you are interested; first come, first serve! Now, I do need to ask for two things. I know, I know, I just can't help it. 1. It is still not too late to volunteer for the Easter Egg Hunt. Send me a text or shoot me an email! 2. There are several opportunities to get involved in leadership in the children's department over the next few months. All activity periods, including Sunday School, AWANA and Wednesday nights, are looking for additional volunteers. Please begin to pray about how God may be calling you to minister to our children. I especially am looking for some summer volunteers for Wednesday nights. It is a shorter commitment time than during the school year. Could God be asking you to get involved? Lastly, I want to say THANK YOU to all those who have donated or promised eggs for the Egg Hunt. I will be accepting donations up until Friday, March 29. THANK YOU!! Thank You Thank you to everyone who gave towards our fundraisers on Saturday. We couldnt do what we do without your support. Casting Crowns I still have Casting Crown tickets for sale for March 28th. The tickets are $25.00 and the concert is in Albany. We will be leaving early to grab some supper and to be in time for the Meet and Greet before the concert. Please see me or email me if you are wanting tickets. Haiti Folks Great job on Saturday with the hard work. We raised $1035 in around 21/2 hrs. WOW! God is good. Upcoming Meetings- We have several meetings coming up to fill out paperwork for some of the summer events. Merge Mission Camp meeting is scheduled for April 24th and Jr. and Sr. Trip meeting is scheduled for May 5th. You must be at these meeting if you plan on attending these events. We will be filling out paperwork and taking up money.
