Rationale The training center is founded on the principles of

geared towards welding, carpentry, garments, and
automotive skills, the center aims to equip beneficiaries
with practical skills that align with local and regional needs.
This approach not only addresses immediate employment
opportunities but also fosters a sense of entrepreneurship,
encouraging trainees to eventually contribute to the local
economy.
The phased evolution of the training center mirrors the
progressive development of SL Village. Initially, it will offer
short-term training programs designed to empower
beneficiaries and enable them to produce marketable
products in the specified trades. This phase serves as a
foundational period, fostering a sense of self-reliance and
igniting interest in various vocational fields.
As SL Village matures, the training center envisions an
expansion of its offerings to include Technical Education
