personally to the proper authorities and avoid posting them on social media.
5. Attendance to every class is highly encouraged. Notify the teacher in advance about absences
for any valid reasons (e.g. sending excuse letters) when there is scheduled face-to-face classes.
In case that there is a scheduled activity/test/examination for that date, arrange for make-up of
activities that will be missed. However, this will be allowed only for excused absences.
